We booked two separate tours with Rome City Tours. Our first tour was at the Vatican. I had studied prior to the trip to appreciate what I was about to see. Our tour guide blew me away with the knowledge he had. He got us tickets for the Papal Audience and made sure we had a great time. The next tour was of Palatine Hill and the Colosseum. We had the same tour guide and again I was impressed with his in depth knowledge. He even took the time to make sure my daughters (10 & 6) understood the importance of each of the sites.
